As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building PRISM and complex Workday reports within our products for our clients. This will transform their Workday experience and provide complex insights into their data based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.

You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will be a lead within the Reporting & Analytics space and provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.

You will join the team with experience in the following areas: PRISM, Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and building complex Calculated Fields. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.Â

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience specifically in PRISM, Workday Reporting and possess Workday HCM or Financials implementation experience.Â

As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needsÂ
- Workday with our Solution Architects and Product Manager on the design of the product
- Develop reporting solutions varying in complexityÂ
- Design, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clientsÂ
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practiceÂ
- Contribute to internal Reporting & Analytics goals and initiativesÂ
- Provide mentorship to more junior ConsultantsÂ
- Work closely with other Reporting Consultants to configure unique solutionsÂ
- Maintain your Workday CertificationsÂ
- Gain knowledge in new Reporting & Analytics featuresÂ

We're looking for someone with:Â
- Â Workday HCM or Financials CertificationÂ
- Â PRISM Certification
- Â 3+ years of Workday Reporting & PRISM experienceÂ
- Â General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
- Â Strong experience in Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite ReportingÂ
- Â Experience with Dashboards, Discovery Boards and WorksheetsÂ
- Â Experience in Financials reporting is desirableÂ
- Â Experience leading a Reporting project is desirableÂ
- Â Strong understanding of the Report Writer Model in WorkdayÂ
- Â Proven ability of working with multiple clients and maintaining workloadÂ
- Â Familiarity with Big Data technologies is a plus
- Â Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs and manage customer expectationsÂ
- Â Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and build relationshipsÂ
- Â Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work based on SLA and case complexityÂ
- Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutionsÂ
