We’re seeking a Workday Program Manager to lead the charge in expanding our presence in the Workday ecosystem. This role is critical to our strategy as we create tailored solutions that accelerate onboarding, implementation, and customization for our partners in the Workday space. Why are we hiring for this now?

Flatfile is seeing immense growth potential in the independent software vendor (ISV) and system integrator (SI) space, particularly with Workday. We've made significant progress with critical players in this ecosystem and now need a dedicated Workday Program Manager to formalize our approach. 

This role will drive technical configurations, customize Flatfile for Workday, and ensure seamless integrations with system integrators and partners. You will be the linchpin, ensuring Flatfile is positioned as a critical tool for Workday implementations, allowing our partners to onboard customers faster and more efficiently.

In this role, you will:

Custom Config Development & Iteration: 

Design and implement a customized version of Flatfile that integrates seamlessly with Workday. You will collaborate with technical teams to define specifications that meet the unique needs of Workday SIs.

Lead Technical Implementations: 

Serve as the technical expert on Workday projects, guiding system integrators and partners through successful Flatfile integrations. You'll spec out solutions and ensure they align with the overarching goals of both Flatfile and Workday's ecosystem.

Cross-functional Execution: 

Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop Flatfile configurations that seamlessly integrate with the Workday infrastructure, ensuring a smooth, repeatable, and scalable solution.

Ecosystem Engagement: 

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of developments within the Workday product and ecosystem to ensure that Flatfile is the preferred solution for data onboarding and integration.

Deep Workday Expertise: 

4+ years of experience managing Workday implementations or building tools and services to support Workday integrations.

Technical Aptitude: 

2+ years of experience using APIs, SDKs, and development tools. A clear understanding of data conversion and integration is essential.

Customization & Configuration: 

Experience in developing and configuring software solutions for complex ecosystems, such as Workday, to support tailored client needs.

Relationship Building: 

Create and maintain the right relationships across system integrators and independent software vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Solution-Oriented: 

Ability to creatively solve complex problems, especially those related to data onboarding and integration, within Workday environments.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Flatfile's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado.

Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 annually

Equity: this role is eligible to participate in Flatfile's equity plan
