The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Workday solutions for our clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to demonstrate leadership and expertise in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale Workday implementation projects within budget and time constraints.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders regularly.
• Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and facilitating smooth implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to plan by team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to land on effective solutions that meet clients' needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years' experience in project management, specifically within Workday practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience steering teams to success.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Workday Certification is highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and complete complex project timely and on budget.
• Experience in a consultancy environment with direct client interaction.
• Advanced Problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and excellent follow-up skills.
