Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Workday Recruiting Lead. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end administration, design and support of Workday Recruiting and providing support to other recruiting systems. Location for this role is flexible as most of the team telecommutes.

What you will do:

  • Lead Workday Recruiting projects including configuration of business processes, testing, troubleshooting and execution of new functionality and enhancements.
  • Lead administration for recruiting systems like Beamery, Phenom People, Rooster scheduling tool, and HireRight; and liaise with SMEs and vendors on integrations and optimizations.
  • Serve as a proven resource in defining and evaluating requirements, managing priorities across multiple functional areas and global locations.
  • Serving as a trusted resource in Workday with hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and training.
  • Provide overall project management for HR technology projects, implementations, designs and deployments.
  • Develop and maintain internal clients (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Corporate IT, HR) and external vendor relationships.
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms with knowledge of downstream impacts of functionality.
  • Support case management and resolution on day-to-day tasks.
  • Communicate new functionality to Talent Acquisition team.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience
  • Previous Human Resources functional experience

  • Previous experience with Beamery, HireRight, Rooster, Phenom
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate current state, identify opportunities for improvement and execute a roadmap to drive change.

  • Ability to manage change through setting realistic expectations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$92,986.00 - $158,076.00
