EquipmentShare is searching for a Reporting Analyst who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. You’ll be part of the People Analytics team, a collection of data analysts, developers, and scientists with a deep love of learning and bias toward action. This position is fully remote.

In fact, since 1970, labor productivity in the US construction industry has actually declined, despite it more than doubling in the rest of the economy. This has contributed to housing shortages and the parlous state of infrastructure in some places, and is sanding the gears of carbon reduction efforts.

We think the industry is ripe for change, and we’re pushing the leading edge of that change with our next generation T3 Platform, the OS for Construction. Through T3, we help contractors to coordinate humans and (increasingly smarter) machines to build more effectively.

As a Workday Reporting Analyst in our quickly growing team, you will play a major role in this effort. In particular, you will:

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to define reporting requirements for people data and other organizational data maintained in Workday
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the data fields in Workday and understand functional gaps
• Provide creative solutions to prevent duplication of reports, using delivered reports, discovery boards, or consolidated reports whenever possible with a bias toward end user ease-of-use
• Monitor, audit, and maintain report schedules and report organization
• Be the subject matter expert in Workday Report Writer and Workday Report Designer

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience in workday reporting
• Experience with complex reporting skills, calculated fields, merging multiple data sources
• Critical thinker who is motivated and able to solve complex issues
