Your Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a pro-active creative problem-solver who works independently and enjoys a culture that is collaborative team oriented innovative fast-paced and customer focused.

As a Workday Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Workday’s Human resources solution. You will provide Workday HCM reporting and PRISM analytics product subject-matter and implementation expertise. You will partner with clients from diverse HR disciplines to understand their business requirements transform business processes and deploy the Workday solution.
You will develop solutions to synchronize data between Workday’s cloud-based software and external systems.
As consultant you will interface directly with client and project team experts to design and execute highly strategic data conversions data loads for Workday implementations.
• Work with client counterpart to gather requirements and manage a team of Reporting / PRISM consultants to configure the technical solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Workday Integration Core / Workday Reporting / Prism analytics certification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations
  • Experience in Develop plans to integrate multiline reporting within Workday
  • Strong knowledge on Workday HR reports / dashboards creation
  • Definition of customers’ needs for data and analysis based on HR system
  • Functional knowledge of one or more Workday HCM

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business requirements into effective system design.
• Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications
