This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead Workday Recruiting implementations across diverse clients, driving efficient, scalable, and high-quality deployments. You will architect, configure, and test solutions tailored to client requirements while mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting integrations, data conversions, and knowledge transfer. You will also participate in client demonstrations, proposal preparations, and conferences, ensuring clients adopt Workday solutions successfully. This position is fully remote within the United States, offering exposure to complex HR technology environments and opportunities to shape deployment strategies that impact organizational success. Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills are critical to thrive in this fast-paced, consultative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead or coach teams in gathering and documenting client business requirements for Workday Recruiting
- Design, configure, and test Workday solutions, including data conversion and system integrations
- Mentor and develop other consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices through demonstrations and ongoing support
- Maintain Workday certifications and ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream integrations
- Provide insightful project status reports to managers, highlighting risks and adoption improvements
- Innovate deployment strategies and suggest tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a professional role model and promote a culture of continuous education within the team
- Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification
- 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in consulting or software deployment environments
- Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Strong project management, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills
- Functional HR experience and passion for exceptional client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% depending on project requirements
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior consultants is highly desirable
