At Salesloft, our Senior People Systems Analyst is important to our companyâs success. You will be an important member of our People Technology Team serving as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Workday system functionality, business processes, configuration, and capabilities on our integrations, absence management, time tracking, and payroll areas.  This position will play a role in surfacing insights (from Workday and other applications) that guide people decisions across the company.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Day-to-day systems support - Provide day-to-day systems support including researching, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues (e.g., break/fix issues), recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems.
- Workday support requests - Leads the triage and Workday support process including assigning and escalating support tickets when appropriate.
- Security - assists with security administration including maintaining data security integrity and regularly analyzing and auditing data.
- Integrations - Acts as subject matter expert and leads configuration, administration, and enhancements of integrations for all systems that connect with Workday including expertise in calculated fields, core connectors, EIBs, and canned benefits integrations.Â
- Absence and Time Tracking - Acts as subject matter expert and leads configuration, administration, and enhancements of absence and time tracking. Ability to configure time off and leave plans for multiple countries.
- Payroll - partner with the Payroll team to assist in configuring and troubleshooting payroll-related issues.
- Reporting â Build and run ad-hoc and monthly HR reporting. Build calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Enhancements and Releases - Support upgrades, enhancements, patches, document testing, and the rollout of new modules and bi-annual Workday Feature Releases. Research and test new functionality and features within Workday including system releases, enhancements and fixes, including developing and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
- Project Management - Act as the project manager for all assigned projects including creating and maintaining project plans and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Data upload and integrity - Perform data uploads into Workday (EIB). Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity.
- Process Improvement, Enhancements, and Automation - Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall user experience. Provides ongoing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices through continuous learning and active participation in available Workday community training, webinars, and related.
- Training - develop training documents related to system updates. May guide and train new colleagues as necessary.

THE SKILL SET:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience including implementation and configuration.
- 3+ years of experience focused on Workday Studio and BIRT reporting.Â
- Experience in configuring time off and absence management in multiple countries. Â
- Expertise with calculated fields, EIBs, core connectors, and canned benefits integrations.
- Experience with Workday Payroll in supporting Payroll related issues. Â
- Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to "roll-up sleeves" and do configuration work
- Possesses a high degree of knowledge of Workday reporting.
- Workday certifications (i.e. HCM, Security, Benefits, Time, Absence, Payroll, etc.) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly, managing several projects at the same time, working with competing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Self-motivated, detailed, and deadline oriented
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOUâLL:
- Attend Salesloftâs New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understandÂ
- Begin 1:1âs with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Meet key partners in People team, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams - they will be key relationships for you throughout your overall work.
- Become knowledgeable about and integrated into the current Workday roadmap of deliverables
- Understand employee lifecycle, Salesloft culture, and business processes
- Understand in-flight and future system initiatives
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Work cross-functionally on projects related to WorkdayÂ
- Be familiar with business processes related to Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Talent / Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Integrations
- Begin to deliver regular / standard-reports for key stakeholders
- Support and develop the HRIS roadmap for implementations and process improvements
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and training needs of end users
- Be the subject matter expert for Workday related questionsÂ
- Provide support for Workday, including researching and resolving complex Workday problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
- Autonomously manage all HR Systems design, implementations, reporting, and analysis
- Successfully support HR Technology programs and projects in alignment with Salesloftâs roadmap and goals
- Continue to focus on your OKRs
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Be considered a subject matter expert on all things HR Systems at Salesloft
- Develop and deliver new processes and training to meet the needs of the businessÂ
- Act as a key resource for platform enhancements/ upgrades/ new functionality deployment and new application implementation
- Reflect on your past 12 months, review with your manager, and develop a plan for ongoing professional development
