Workday Support Consultant

We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced and skilled Workday Support Consultant to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday HR and Payroll modules, including investing and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize HR and Payroll disruptions.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users to utilize Workday functionalities effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, issue logs, and knowledge base articles.
- Design, develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and Payroll data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, create and manage data interfaces with external vendors, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data exchange.
- Monitor integrations , troubleshoot errors, and perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on configuration, support, and administration.
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
