Workday Tester

Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for Workday Tester to join our financial services team in one of our selected CGI locations. Due to the current COVID-19 status, candidates will not be required to work within the physical work location at this time. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, they will be required to be located within the proximity of the assigned CGI location.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

This position will support testing of the porting of GL from Peoplesoft to Workday. Candidate should be able to work independent with the upstream and downstream system. Test the workday business process implementation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience with financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Financial Accounting, Banking, Settlements, Procurement Suppliers Invoices, and Accounts Payable• Experience with Workday Financials Application and SAS tools available in the AWS/Cloud environment.• Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, data migration and testing.• Ability to create test plan and test cases for testing of the Workday Financials Application.• Ability to execute, validate and report testing results.• Creating and documenting Regression test suite based on requirements.
