THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing scheduling solutions utilizing innovative software supplying staffing to all departments appropriate to dynamic business demands. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create schedules that meet business needs and handle any exceptions.
• Work with department leaders to make sure we have the right number of staff and improve productivity.
• Recommend and adjust schedules to fit our business goals.
• Find new ways to improve staffing while following collective bargaining agreements, labor agreements and company policies.
• Balance schedules to meet service expectations and legal requirements.
• Team up to manage daily scheduling tasks like leave requests and callouts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possesses a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proven 2 years of front-facing guest service or hospitality experience.
• Exhibits a keen attention to detail.
• Shows proficiency in technical skills.
• Displays excellent communication abilities.
• Finds enjoyment in collaborating with departmental leaders.
• Embraces a team-oriented mindset.
• Exhibits strong time management capabilities.

THE SCHEDULE: Must be flexible to work outside primary schedule based on the business need.

• Monday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday/Wednesday – OFF
• Thursday – 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$20.25 - $32.39

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
