As the Workforce Planner, your focus is to ensure the operational teams have the right staff with the right skills to meet business demands. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement plans that achieve financial and contractual goals, optimise staff rostering, and maintain efficiency. This role involves analysing data to suggest staffing solutions and keeping everything aligned with best practices.Â
Additionally, you'll manage process documentation, support the Workforce Planning team, and ensure targets are balanced with operational needs. Staying updated on contracts, business goals, and continuity procedures is key to maintaining smooth service delivery.Â
