Workfront System Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY:

Craft Worldwide, part of the IPG group, is a globally connected creative production business of over 1,300 creative makers. The IPG/Craft Worldwide Technology Team is seeking to add a Workfront System Administrator to its team as it embarks upon deploying Workfront to its workforce. This is a hands-on configuration and administration role, responsible for utilizing, enabling, and optimizing Craft’s Global Workfront instance. The role includes system governance, implementing functionality enhancements, maintaining system stability, and supporting users with reporting. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Workfront System Administration and Configuration Management:

• Plays a hands-on role in the implementation of system functionality modules or new/existing group rollouts.
• Assists with the evaluation of user feedback for system changes and enhancements, and impacts assessment of any change before proceeding.
• Partners with other team members to manage troubleshooting and recommend solutions to system or user issues.
• Conducts regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality.

Workfront Governance: 

• Helping drive the use and adoption of Workfront across the business.
• Supports the organization on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve their working group while staying compliant with global solutions.
• Be seen as an expert Workfront User, understanding all areas of functionality and how they should be used by different personas and user types.
• Partners with our internal teams on any architecture, integration, or support needs for Workfront.

Workfront Reporting & Resource Management:

• Creating visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization.
• Establishes metrics and builds reports and dashboards to aid in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel project types and resource management.
• Performs statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and makes recommendations.

Workfront System Training:

• As part of a team, provides training and information to the organization.
• Creates training materials – including but not limited to: training presentations, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides), Job Aids and training videos.
• Assisting with new employee onboarding to ensure familiarity with the Workfront system and understanding of role-specific responsibilities within the system

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

• At least 2 years of related professional experience in Workfront system administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional, client-focused environment
• Proven experience in managing Workfront administration within a large corporation.
• Ability to explain complex technical material clearly to users with varying levels of proficiency.
• Due to the geographic disbursement of the team, must be able to prioritize and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• General understanding of the marketing and creative workflow processes.
• Experience in system implementations and enhancements.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intuitive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and action plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to various levels within an organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
