What you'll achieve

Dell usesAdobe Workfront as its centralized marketing system of record/work management system to optimize and automate the execution of marketing activities. This product is a core scalability component of Dell's content supply chain operation. As a Workfront Technical Specialist Team Lead, you will drive a team of Specialists and your own projects in the implementation of marketing workflows, working closely with Dell's team members globally in different organizations, including Marketing, IT and Digital. You will be a crucial driver in Dell's Modern marketing evolution journey.

You will:

• Serve as a central point of contact (POC) for the Workfront Specialist team, guiding and connecting their deliverables across multiple projects
• Implement high-complexity projects in partnership with internal stakeholders. You will receive requirements from the Implementation team and build setup in Workfront (project templates, layouts, reports, organizational setup, etc.). Train users on Workfront capabilities
• Learn processes and opportunities, and translate future business needs into the Workfront builds to guarantee successful and long-term adoption. You will also work on the decommissioning of legacy technologies
• Post-implement, you will support run-the-business use of Workfront by stakeholders and provide continuous evolution of the Workfront build to support ever-changing business needs
• Connect with Workfront Product Manager to enable product vision and technology roadmap, deliver on business requirements and ensure successful product releases and launches

Essential Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Workfront (4+ years experience)
• 10 + years of experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Marketing Operations
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate business/product strategies and lead through the execution of new projects
• Drive multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and have experience working in a large, matrixed organization
• Ability to influence others (both internal and external cross-functional teams) to achieve results and to work effectively with senior management

Desirable Requirements

• Experience Implementing new MarTech solutions
• Working in Agile projects/with Agile teams
