Working Student Contracts and Commercial

Staffbase is looking for a Working Student in our Renewal Management team in Chemnitz. You'll gain hands-on experience in the administrative and operational aspects of contract creation, deal booking and contract administration. You'll work closely with experienced professionals providing essential support in managing contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining organized records.

What you’ll be doing 

• Support the Renewal Management team to expand our large customers through administrative assistance
• Assist in reviewing and drafting standard contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Support the maintenance and updating of business templates
• Organize and maintain contract files and customer records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Collaborate with internal departments like Finance, Partner Management and Sales to gather information and ensure timely contract execution
• Support and assist the team in current and upcoming projects

What you need to be successful 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with Business Administration being a plus
• Being available for 15 hours a week
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Outstanding time management and prioritization of tasks
• Experience with G-Suite or a other workplace environment, CRM experience is a plus
