Tasks:

• Support with digitization of physical files

• Pre-sorting and re-sorting of documents

• Scanning and saving files

• Entering bibliographic data of intellectual property rights in databases

• Other administrative tasks in the area of docketing

Profile:

• Student status

• Meticulous working style

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Confident handling of MS Office

• Fluency in German and English required

• Availability 20 hours/week
