Working Student IoT Product & App (f/m/x)

As a Working Student you will be part of the Product IoT team which includes 3 team members with diverse backgrounds. What makes our team unique is the combination of the physical and digital world. The goal of the position is to work on the mobile applications of BBG, such as Klarstein and Blumfeldt. Through this role you will build skills that will help you grow and jump start your career.  What you will do:  

• Create, check and upload content on the mobile apps, in 9 different languages 
• Perform Basic Quality Assurance tasks, find, report and reproduce bugs 
• Monitor basic infrastructure and tech services of the app 
• Create manual and automated reports for management 
• Support the customer service team 

 What we are looking for:  

• Studies in Tech, Engineering, Business or any other similar function, currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree · 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Passionate about technology, previous personal experience with applications will be highly appreciated (no coding experience required) 
• Self-motivated individual that is able to learn quickly on the job 
• Fluency in English
