Your Future TeamYour Role 

• Oversee the operational aspects of the loan lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from origination to closure.
• Execute transactional operations including re-bookings, write-offs, and account closures with precision.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Serve as 2nd level point of contact for our Customer Support team processing complex loans- and term deposits-related requests.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on operational aspects of loan and deposit management.

We'd love to see 

• Experience in banking, financial services, accounting, consulting, or related industry though
  internships, working student roles, or focus studies.
• Elementary understanding of operational processes and procedures within a banking
  environment.
• A soft spot for operational management, including process improvement and optimisation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• German fluency is advantageous.
