You also work in a structured and collaboratively manner, are Proficiency in MS Office suite. #lifeison

Your tasks:

• Conduct research and analysis on potential M&A targets, industry trends, and market developments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and due diligence reports.
• Support the M&A team in deal sourcing, screening, and preliminary negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for M&A transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
