Job Description

As a working student in the backend team at sensXPERT, you will not only gain valuable insights into the development of innovative solutions but also actively contribute to the further development of our platform. You will support the team in implementing and optimizing backend systems, developing APIs, and working on the processing and analysis of machine data. With your help, we will continuously improve our technology and pave the way for future partnerships with international companies.

• Collaboration in the Cloud Backend Team: Active participation in the cloud backend team, contributing to the development and maintenance of cloud-based services and systems
• Machine Data Upload and Processing: Development and optimization of solutions for uploading and processing machine data
• Expansion and Creation of REST APIs: Support in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs for system integration and improvement of API performance
• Code Testing: Support in conducting tests (Unit, Integration) and bug fixing to ensure code quality
• Deployment in AWS: Assistance in the development of applications and automation of CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure Maintenance (Kubernetes, Terraform): Managing cloud infrastructure and automating deployments using Kubernetes and Terraform
• Working in Scrum: agile collaboration within a team consisting of a software tester, a frontend developer, and three backend developers

Qualifications

• Ongoing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (at least 3rd semester) in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced Java skills
• Strong understanding of programming principles
• Experience with REST API approach and Unit testing experience

It would be great if you already have:

• Experience with the Spring Framework
• Knowledge of working with Docker
• Experience in development within an agile Scrum environment
