To strengthen our team in these tasks, we are currently seeking a Working Student* Product Management ARIS for a minimum of 12 months.

Essential Functions

• Support for ARIS product management 
• Creation, preparation, and interpretation of product statistics 
• Execution of ad-hoc analyses, especially related to product usage 
• Assistance with analyses of customer satisfaction 
• Support in coordinating and gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into product development
• Independent management of sub-projects after the onboarding phase, such as creating demo content. 

Minimum Requirements

• You are a student of Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study 
• Excellent German and English skills 
• Knowledge of and interest in Business Process Management 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint 
• You think analytically, work in a structured and meticulous manner, and are communicative and flexible 
• You are resilient and team-oriented
