Working Student - Resouce Management Assistant

This role is at the center of our team in Rotterdam. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People & Culture, Capacity Planning and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a motivated student to join our resource management team. You’ll assist with various administrative tasks, helping manage the schedules and planning of our consultants. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, develop your organizational skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how a busy agency operates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data-entry tasks in Resource Guru, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on resource allocation and availability.
- Assist in managing and updating the resource management system, including creating and maintaining employee profiles, project assignments, and scheduling.
- Support the resource management team in various administrative tasks.
- Monitor and track resource utilization, identifying potential conflicts or bottlenecks and proactively suggesting solutions.
- Assist in maintaining a centralized repository of resource-related information, ensuring easy access and retrieval of data when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data-entry experience.
- Proactive and self-motivated person, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eager to work in a digital agency environment, with a passion for the digital industry and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or resource management will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
