Your Mission

 More specifically, you will

• Conduct research and analyze data to drive HR decisions
• Assist with administrative tasks, keeping our processes smooth
• Partner with different teams to plan engaging company events
• Become an expert in our development tools, crafting training initiatives
• Help organize impactful training sessions
• Measure the success of training programs ensuring they make a difference
• Be a trusted collaborator, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Lend a hand with a talent related matters

Who you are and what you have

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program related to HR, Business Administration, or a field that fuels your interest in people and development (think Pedagogy, Intercultural Communication!)
• A "learn-it-all" attitude: You're eager to soak up knowledge and contribute fresh perspectives to our team
• Problem-solving pro: You tackle challenges head-on with a positive "can-do" spirit and a hands-on approach
• Master communicator: Research, communication, and organization are your superpowers (and you use them for good!)
• People person: You have a genuine interest in people and a desire to help them learn and grow

• Fluent in German and English
