Working student Treasury (m/f/d)

Company Description

As part of the ABOUT YOU Finance department, the Treasury team takes care of cash and bank management, as well as bank accounting and corporate finance-related topics, thus keeping an eye on company-wide cash situation. Part of day-to-day business includes the administration of loans and the financing of group companies. We are responsible for the monitoring and coordination of the weekly group payment runs, as well as the evaluation and implementation of cash pooling. As we are an international business, currency management also plays an important role.

Job Description

As a Working student Treasury (m/f/d), your area of responsibility will be various treasury-related tasks related to Bank Accounting and Cash Management. In addition, you will have a chance to implement the technical and process-related developments of the existing processes.

• You maintain bank accounts, post account statements and are responsible for cash pooling
• You work on daily account reconciliation and balance checks
• You process and approve payments, including payments analysis / investigation of transactions issues
• You prepare treasury reporting on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
• You support in communication with banks and provide information required
• You resolve cash posting issues working cross functionally 
• You work on daily operational requests with an "improvement mindset", always looking for new opportunities for improvement
• You coordinate your own project tasks and implement them with us
• You are actively involved in day-to-day business

Qualifications

• You are a Finance, Banking or Accounting student 
• Have experience working with Treasury Operations or Reconciliation
• Have very good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• You are good with Excel
• Have experience working with SAP 4 Hana or Dynamics 365 Finance Software
• You Speak English fluently
