Job Description

The Treasury team takes care of liquidity management and cash flow forecasting, as well as corporate finance-related topics, thus keeping an eye on the company-wide financial situation. We are responsible for the monitoring and coordination of the weekly group payment runs. As we are an international business, FX management also plays an important role. Part of day-to-day business includes the administration of loans and trade finance processes of the group.

As Working student Treasury (m/f/d), your area of responsibility will be various treasury-
related tasks in Cash & Liquidity Management. You will have a chance to implement the
technical and process-related developments.

Responsibilties

• Working on daily bank account reconciliation and monitoring group-wide financial position
• Processing and approving payments, including payments analysis / investigation of issues
• Administering ABOUT YOU’s Treasury Management system Coupa
• Supporting group-wide liquidity planning
• Supporting ABOUT YOU’s Supply Chain Financing and other Working Capital programs
• Communicating with banks and provide information required
• Coordinating your own project tasks and implement them with us

Requirements

• You are a Finance/Banking student
• Initial experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit for example through internships
• Experience in working with a Treasury Management Software would be an advantage
• Good MS Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
