Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement;
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making;
• Perform weekly payroll and workforce management tasks, seeking to automate manual processes;
• Assist in documenting optimized processes, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, with GSheet skills required and SQL knowledge valued;
• Motivated and committed to improving and optimizing processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
