As a member of our Sales & Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in understanding our clients' unique needs and crafting user-friendly solutions to boost their operations. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, anticipating their needs, and pioneering new opportunities.
Position Overview
As a Worklio Sales AE, you'll excel in a dynamic, competitive, and quota-driven environment, focusing on medium-sized businesses. Successful Sales AEs are proactive, creating new opportunities and consistently seeking out new sales. You'll need a consultative sales approach, excellent prospecting skills, and a true passion for our products to succeed.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, although our headquarters are in Miami, Florida. We're looking for Account Executives across the nation to join our team.
Reporting To: SVP of Revenue
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the needs of potential clients, offering Worklio's solutions for businesses with 50-1,000 employees.
- Travel as necessary to meet business needs.
- Craft and deliver proposals, managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Engage with existing customers to uncover additional service opportunities.
- Utilize various prospecting methods to develop new leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Requirements
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in a quota-driven B2B payroll or Human Resource sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- A customer-first approach and excellent presentation skills.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Active listening skills to delve into clients' needs and expectations.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 annually, with variations based on relevant experience and skills. This role includes a variable commission plan and potential annual stock grants, reflecting individual performance.
