Workplace Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Support and coordinate activities related to delivering the highest level of experience for Viam employees and visitors
• Facilitate in-office event setup ie. All-hands, game nights, happy hours etc
• Responsible for the overall appearance and organization of the office, restocking kitchen with snacks/drinks and office supplies 
• Manage all matters relating to office furniture/equipment, desk assignments, and kitchen equipment
• Accept and manage mail and package distribution
• Liaise with the building to manage any needed maintenance.
• Accept and distribute daily lunch orders

Who you are:

• 1-3 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Great listening skills, a customer service mindset, and ability to complete tasks with little guidance
• Passionate about creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction, leading to a welcoming and inclusive workplace
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
