We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Workplace Experience Associate to join our team in Mountain View. As the Workplace Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support for various administrative tasks and event-related tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


This is a part-time internship position, and the role is expected to require approximately 40 hours monthly for 6months.


Responsibilities:

  • Mail Management: Responsible for the efficient collection and redistribution of mail. This includes handling physical mail and electronically forwarding items when applicable. For any items that cannot be forwarded electronically, you will be required to travel to the local USPS/lockbox to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
  • On-Site Point of Contact for Internal Events: Serve as the on-site point of contact for all internal events taking place in the Mountain View office. This will include employee offsites, office social events, and other gatherings. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, assisting with setup, and ensuring events run smoothly.
  • On-Site Delivery Coordination: Act as the main contact for deliveries that require someone to be present on-site. You will receive and handle incoming deliveries, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients promptly.
  • Office Attendance: The Office Manager Intern is expected to be present in the office twice a week. You will be required to work on Thursdays every week, with the second day determined based on office needs and requirements.
  • Local Point of Contact: Act as the local point of contact for Mountain View employees, addressing their inquiries and providing support as needed. Additionally, you will be in regular communication with the property manager to ensure a well-maintained and comfortable office environment.
  • Travel Requirements: The ideal candidate should be local to the Mountain View area, with easy access to Santa Clara, Fremont, and nearby locations to facilitate efficient travel to the office and other necessary destinations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal..
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to handle various tasks independently.
  • Professional and personable demeanor, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must have reliable transportation for traveling to the local USPS/lockbox and office as required.

Compensation:
  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
