The Position:

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first face teammates and guests see as they arrive in our office space. This role is at the forefront of delivering a positive workplace experience. The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by welcoming visitors and supporting all employee-facing services. As a broader member of the GameChanger People & Operations team, you’ll help support our teammates with various projects including but not limited to event planning and coordination.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide reception coverage including registering and welcoming all guests and teammates to our brand new office space in Union Square.

  • Support and backup the Workplace Experience Manager and other members of the People & Operations team to ensure service excellence and enhance the overall experience for teammates and visitors.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the President on room booking, event planning and coordination as well as light calendar management and expenses.

  • Be a culture champion by developing and executing fun in-person and remote activities and events.

  • Plan and organize local on-sites, offsites, and team building events.

  • Work with building management to keep our office environment comfortable including creating tickets for cleaning services, HVAC issues and other miscellaneous requests.

  • Keep our snacks and beverages well stocked by creating weekly delivery orders and curating our offerings based on teammate feedback.

  • Coordinate requests and communications between other external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

  • Manage package and mail deliveries to our office space as well as occasionally ship mail and equipment to our remote teammates.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment.

  • Proficiency in G Suite including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Stellar attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with all levels within the organization including Senior Leadership and managers.

  • Ability to effectively multitask, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize incoming requests in a fast paced work environment.

  • Customer service focused.

The target salary range for this position is between $20 - $28 per hour. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
