Workplace Experience Coordinator 

Who you are:  

SumUp is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join the SumUp team in our El Paso office for 20-32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, manage projects, and visualize the big picture while executing details.  You are more than a traditional office manager as this position will play a pivotal role in creating a positive, engaging, and productive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

This is an in-office role in El Paso, Texas

What you’ll do

• Providing first-line support to SumUp’s team members in our El Paso office 
• Plan and execute a variety of workplace events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, and celebrations, to foster a sense of community and belonging
• Maintaining office information flow, submitting invoices, sending invitations, and updating calendars
• Assist finance, accounting, and the People team by sorting and processing mail
• Support visiting team members with accommodation recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with external local vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality workplace services and amenities
• Maintaining snacks, drinks, and cleaning supplies 
• Assisting with the planning of on-site/offsites,  including coordinating with organizers on logistics and on-the-ground support

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

• Experience in workplace management, hospitality, or related roles with a strong focus on team member experience
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Know office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Creative mindset and innovative thinking, with a passion for creating memorable and impactful workplace experiences.
• An understanding of team dynamics and how to motivate and help them
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Compensation: 

• $18-$20 per hour is what we expect and can be adjusted based on experience
