We at the workplace experience Team are here to oversee all building-related activities and are responsible to provide uninterrupted support with regards to office & admin to the internal and external customers. The goal is to provide timely support to the employees, to enable and facilitate them with necessary office infrastructure, basic amenities and safe work environment for them to deliver the business requirements.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will incorporate several different functions, from execution, monitoring and managing third-party suppliers and supporting staff. But, despite the amount of tasks required to keep a built environment operational.

What you bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 10+ years of experience in admin & facilities management
• Familiarity with office management, admin & facilities procedures, data reporting etc
• Familiarity with all labour and safety compliances 
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools – Word, Excel, PPT, Google docs etc
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills – English and local language can be a plus

The impact you will create:

• Reporting to People Director India
• Office management through IFM partner
• Manage a small team of Workplace experience coordinators
• Handling internal customers emergencies or urgent issues as they arise with regards to facilities
• Handling Facility maintenance, repairs and services.
• Process and negotiate rental agreements , wework invoices and payments
• Responsible for all Employee events, planning, organizing and execution
• Responsible for all Employee engagement activities 
• Vendor Coordination and vendor onboarding.
• Verifying vendor invoices and processing after internal approvals
• Space management - Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new buildings in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Mumbai
• Managing compliance like pollution control etc
• Domestic & International Travel ticketing & Visa processing
• Handle Food & Beverage services – Snacks, Breakfast & Lunch at the office
• Transport Management – Monitor Airport transfers, Cars used for official meetings and Employee Pick up & Drop, and any special requirements during the delegate's visit. 
• Travel to all 3 locations in India periodically 

It would be great if you also have:

• If you have worked in Startups/New age companies.
• Environment and sustainability experience
• Automation of workflows to ease out day to day operations
• Experience with Netsuite
