Workplace Experience Manager
Job Description
About Codi
We're on a mission to empower companies to thrive and employees to love their work lives. Codi creates a flexible workplace solution designed for the way people work today, with hospitality at its core. WFH is lonely, coworking doesn't build your company culture, and brokers offering multi-year leases give you headaches. We built Codi to break the status quo. We're simply the fastest, easiest, and most flexible office space partner. More than a space provider, Codi becomes a company's growth partner, adapting their spaces to the team culture and growth needs.
We're currently a team of 21. You'll work alongside an A-level team of professionals from highly successful leading companies, such as Airbnb, Lyft, WeWork, Sonder, Postmates, and many more.
In the role
You will enter a transformative tech company at the ground level and become an instrumental part of its growth. You'll join an A-level team of professionals from highly successful leading companies, such as Airbnb, Lyft, WeWork, Sonder, Postmates, and many more. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success while overseeing day-to-day office management of Codi's growing list of SF based clients.
In the short term you will
- Understand the Codi offering from a client perspective, and the unique dynamics of each space
- Learn the Codi playbook and technology/processes we use to power our business
- Work cross-functionally, and with our landlord partners, to solve client issues both large and small. Respond quickly to situations that require onsite assistance.
- Meet our clients and establish yourself as their "outsourced office manager"
- Ensure each space is well maintained, reset, and up to Codi standards at all times
- Create client-facing documentation for each space to assure proper usage and seamless client move-in
In the long term you will
- Improve our current offerings to provide a higher level of service to our clients
- Continually reassess our processes and procedures to increase both efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Create additional opportunities for revenue generation by upselling clients on Codi's additional amenities & services
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the workplace experience across the Codi portfolio to delivery a world-class hospitality experience
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you
- Are located in SF and willing to travel daily for in-person meetings and tasks in Codi spaces
- Have 4+ years experience in operations, facilities management, customer support, or a related field
- Have great communication skills and an ability to rapidly communicate through a variety of channels including, email, phone, in person, and text
- Are proficient with various technologies and business enablement tools: Slack, Linkedin, Google Suite, Zoom, Monday.com, Notion, and Google Hangout.
- Are collaborative and a team player
- Have comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment that is fully distributed
- Have a passion for the future of work, urban innovation, hospitality, real-estate, and/or marketplaces
- Are excited to dive into and solve complex challenges - and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- For you, life is an adventure. There's a blurred line between work and play. We know that sometimes the best work isn't restricted to 9-6. You just go with the flow, you're flexible, and enjoy the ride.
If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you!
Benefits
- Work from SF in a hybrid setting
- Healthcare: 100% coverage for you and your dependents
- Unlimited Codi access
- Professional coaching
- Quarterly team offsites and annual retreat with your +1/family welcome
- Grow with the company
- Work directly with the founders and executive team
