About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position to support our employees who are in the office Monday through Friday, though flexibility is available. You will be reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager based in NYC. You will be critical to maintaining a comfortable and effective work environment as well as ensuring high levels of satisfaction and inspiration with the office space. You will also be instrumental in enhancing company culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Foster company culture through regular employee events including weekly meals together and quarterly outings
- Aid in a variety of HR needs including onboarding new hires, and ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Assist with company wide offsite planning
- Maintain a stocked kitchen and office equipment
- Manage workplace effectiveness making workstation and furniture improvements, as neededÂ
- Understand the employees' roles and responsibilities within the Arizona office, including maintaining a relationship with local leaders, to make suggestions for productivity in the space, support the teams through changes, and facilitate collaboration in the space
- Build relationships with vendors and building management
- Travel management for internal teams' onsites, as needed
Ideal Background:
- 2-3 years experience working as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Work well in fast paced startup environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.) and Gmail
- Self-motivated while having a positive attitude
- High levels of organization
Location: Ideally onsite 5 days a week from 8am - 5pm; flexibility available
Benefits:
- Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 yearlyÂ
