The Workplace Experience & Operations Program Manager will be a key member of RingCentral's Global Real Estate & Workplace leadership team. This individual will create and curate a workplace experience & operations program that leverages technology, workplace design, amenities, and services to help drive an employee experience that aligns with our culture and purpose - making RingCentral an amazing place to work, and our employees feel productive, healthy, and happy in a frictionless, efficient, and scalable environment.
The Workplace Experience & Operations Program Manager will use data and leading practices to implement programs that accelerate workplace experience, operational efficiency, and scalability. Programs may consist of sustainability, food services, transportation, dynamic workspace management, reception, events, engagement, and other programs that elevate the employee workplace experience and drives operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, possess a passion for innovation and process efficiency, demonstrate a contagiously positive attitude, have exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
We are looking for a highly collaborative self-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity to create a structured, programmatic approach to workplace experience & operations initiatives globally.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $137,750 and $154,980 for full-time employees. The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $117,200 and $131,850 for full-time employees. The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Work with cross functional teams in People, Workplace, Food & Wellness Teams, Strategy and Safety & Security to help build and implement programs focused on delivering exceptional experiences and operations in our global footprint. Have accountability of program KPIs across our workplace portfolio
- Work with external vendors to shape onsite services, such as reception, special events, and workplace support teams to ensure employees and guests experience exceptional service.
- Develop experience related guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and cross-functional service teams through voice of the employee surveys, data, and feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the workplace experience & operations that align to our purpose and culture.
- Support the development of short- and long-term tactical plans and programs for the innovation of workplace amenities and services based on strategic plans and user data.
- Articulate program goals and vision through storytelling, supporting data, and business cases. Create measure of success and review customer feedback for ongoing continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage the onboarding, training, & communications initiatives for Global Real Estate & Workplace.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to obtain Voice of the Employee data and innovate. Advocate for and share information with leadership and cross functional teams.
- Responsible for delivering results and driving program effectiveness related to all workplace experience programs and customer satisfaction KPIs

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, brand/ product management, management consulting, or change management.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Exceptional technology skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
