Your Impact

Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager (WEM), you will provide operational support and internal event coordination. You will help support our AMER/ANZ employees with hubs in Boston, NYC and Sydney. This is a full time Boston-based position and will require 5 days a week onsite in our Boston office.

What you will do at Mirakl: 

  • Responsible for the coverage over the front desk which includes being present to greet and welcome guests and visiting employees.
  • Assist the Workplace Experience Manager with general administrative support including invoice processing through Netsuite, budget oversight, updating processes, etc.
  • Lead internal event research, planning, hosting, and execution in collaboration with Workplace Experience Manager (WEM).
  • Be the go-to person for employee requests both in person and via our internal helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Provide building and facilities support by placing building related tickets, sourcing and managing vendor relationships and contract KPIs
  • Responsible for maintaining office inventory, including reordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • Manage all mail and packaging acceptance and creating of labels as needed
  • Support in onboarding and offboarding for new employees, including preparation and shipment of welcome packages and adding/removal of internal systems.
  • Ensure front desk security procedures are enforced, such as visitor sign in and visiting employee registrations.
  • Manage business cards including the creation, process approval and ordering
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives for the Workplace Experience Team

What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate: 

  •  2+ years of professional experience in office/workplace/reception/facility management
  • 1+ years of event experience
  •  Familiarity with systems such as Netsuite (or other invoicing software), Zoom, Google apps
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Dynamic, friendly, diplomatic and respectful with excellent people skills 
  • Solution and service-oriented
  • Can-do attitude with creative problem solving skills
  • Well-organized person with the ability to manage priorities and several projects simultaneously
