The Challenge

The T2 Workplace team is responsible for delivering a world-class workplace experience to all employees, visitors and guests to T2 offices.

Working within the New York workplace team, this role is responsible for the execution of all operational workplace activities, including but not limited to: maintenance, asset management, cleaning, health and safety, and workplace tickets. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager, the Workplace Operations Senior Coordinator will ensure the highest standards of day-to-day operation across the New York office, ensuring that everything from temperature to housekeeping contributes to the optimum working environment.

What You’ll Take On
  • Onboard and supervise Facilities vendors
  • Manage both as needed facilities works and PPM schedule
  • Hold vendors to contract compliance
  • Respond to all operational and building-related tickets in our workflow management system
  • Ensure elevated cleaning service level via outsourced vendor contract management
  • Complete daily building walk-throughs, monitoring standards, identifying and proactively remedying issues
  • Update and maintain office asset tracking
  • Operate within budget by creating and submitting invoices against purchase orders
  • Liaise with Security team
  • Respond to after hours alerts
  • Participate in Emergency Response Plans, and Fire Warden and First Aid trainings
  • Liaise with building management and landlord
  • Oversee delivery of desk moves and space use changes across the office
  • Assist with additional projects as required
What You Bring
  • 2+ years experience in similar roles
  • Working knowledge of building systems
  • A sense of urgency and ability to produce results quickly
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and organization
  • Proactive and hospitality minded problem-solver who will take initiative
  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction
  • Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility & accountability, and a drive to excellence
  • Ability to work autonomously and using own initiative
  • Professionalism
  • Adaptability in order to respond to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Emergency response experience and training
  • Excellent collaborator, capable of working with others to find solutions to complex problems and leading with and without authority

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
