Role Overview

We are looking for Workplace Services Custodians to join the Workplace Services team at GOAT Group.  As a part of the Workplace Services team, your passion for excellence will help make our workplace experience the GREATEST possible!  

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Basic Cleaning
• Tables and surface areas
• Ceilings
• Walls
• Windows, shades, and blinds
• Tables and countertops
• Offices and conference rooms
• Patios / Garden areas
• Vacuuming
• Carpeted areas
• Removal of stains

• Mopping / Sweeping
• Tiled flooring
• Hardwood flooring
• Concrete flooring
• Sanitizing
• Bathrooms - Sinks, mirrors, urinals, toilets, counter tops
• Kitchen / Kitchenette / Pantries
• Appliances - Refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and grills
• Small appliances - Toaster, blender, and microwaves
• Coffee, ice, and water stations
• Break rooms
• Snack areas
• Food storage areas
• Setup and Maintaining
• Office and conference rooms
• Common areas
• Food service areas
• Order cleaning supplies for the facility
• Alert Workplace Services team of any site disruptions such as leaks, pests, broken windows, etc. 
• Outside Areas
• Sweep entrances
• De-ice as necessary

• Compliance
• Update and maintain the facility specific MSDS log

• Basic time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual preferred
