We are looking for a friendly and upbeat individual to provide a positive workplace experience to our employees and visitors at our location in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a fun and inspiring workspace. Our company culture is reflected in our workspace and our Workplace Services Managers help ensure an outstanding experience. As the Workplace Services Manager for our Minneapolis office, you will lead a variety of activities and events sought at running a safe, efficient, and productive office as well as supporting several leaders within the company.
Core Responsibilities:- Oversee facility operations
- Help to drive a sense of community by creatively planning fun events and coordinating employee celebrations
- Act as point of contact for site security and new employee badging
- Onboard new employees to Anaplan for the local office
- Coordinate catered events and monitor amenities on site
- Responsible for handling multiple vendors and collaborating closely with Building General Contractors
- Responsible for maintaining the cleaning standard by working closely and efficiently with Building Cleaning team
- Coordinate copier, mail delivery, shipping and receiving
- Establish vendors to supply local services, handle contracts
- Promote the Anaplan culture by working with the culture team and hosting group events
- Execute ticket requests related to Facilities Management
- Wellness, health, ergonomics and safety awareness
- Liaise with building management and handle facilities issues
- Work on miscellaneous projects to support the broader real estate and workplace function
- Establish positive working relationships with all on-site staff
- Help coordinate customer events on site and for other executive meetings with a can-do mindset
- Be an excellent teammate with a sense of humor and friendly disposition
