Role Summary
To lead the implementation of International Automotive Taskforce ( IATF), ISO14001 and World Class Manufacturing activities as well as to be in compliance with all systems. Will also work within the department to assist in Root Cause Analysis of quality issues on the floors and other continuous improvement activities.

Role Summary
To lead the implementation of International Automotive Taskforce ( IATF), ISO14001 and World Class Manufacturing activities as well as to be in compliance with all systems. Will also work within the department to assist in Root Cause Analysis of quality issues on the floors and other continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procedures compliant with IATF and ISO14001.
- Lead team in development of Housekeeping and 5's systems.
- Lead MaFact Audits both internal and external as well work closely with pillar leads to ensure compliance to MaFact Standards and guidelines.
- Conduct internal audit as per year planning calendar.
- Facilitate meetings with departments to map out the processes in the plant in support of the registration all audit activities.
- Maintain the Document and Data Control process for the facility.
- Analyze quality data for the plant and the product.
- Manage and generate report for Management LPA.
- Conduct training on quality systems, specifically IATF, ISO14001, Mafact systems, and 5's systems.
- Ensure internal/external CAR's are issued and closed in a timely manner.
- Lead "LPA's", Layered Process Audit system and ensure compliance within IATF standards.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in Quality or a related field, preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an automotive assembly or manufacturing environment
- Experience as Internal and/or Lead Auditor
Additional Information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical presentations.
- Working knowledge of disciplined problem solving and production quality systems.
- Ability to work in a unionized environment.
- Demonstrated ability to track improvement processes through performance data and successfully resolve problems/issues.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
