World Markets FX Settlement Operations Manager

The World Markets Operations Manager job provides operational, technical, and analytical support for the world markets trading platform. This job manages complex operations, problems, and initiatives; coordinates activities for multiple operational and/or product specialists. As a team supervisor, this job sets day-to-day operational objectives for team members and ensures policies and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Facilitates digital automation and measures processes that control the investment environment.
• Acts as a liaison for the investment, analytics, and operations team; makes recommendations for streamlining processes.
• Manages and tracks risk and control initiatives for global market operations.
• Manages the day-to-day support teams and reviews reports on world market performance.
• Implements a variety of applications that support the operations and provides innovative investment products and solutions.
• Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

Base Pay Range: $63,000/yr. - $105,100/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
