Who you are

The Drafting Specialist is responsible for efficiently preparing quality legal documents, supporting the Operations and Sales Teams to coordinate the production and timely delivery of accurate, legally sustainable estate planning documents.

A typical week might include the following

Draft legal estate planning documents that are legally sustainable to client-defined specifications using approved document preparation software and maintaining compliance with all Arizona CLDP regulations and estate planning practices.

Manage assigned caseload ensuring preparation and delivery of legal documents are within established business standards and maintain proper documentation/records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Assist with the review of documents for completeness and accuracy prior to delivery including review of format, content, dates, names, personally identifiable information (PII), grammar, etc.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

This role might be for you if you have

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of legal document preparation experience.

Attention to detail and the ability to proofread with a high degree of accuracy.

Typing and 10 key abilities.

AZ Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP)

Bonus points if you have

2+ years of Estate planning experience
