Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Co-Marketing is a marketing investment benefit for IBM Partner Plus partners designed to supercharge their demand generation. The Ecosystem Co-Marketing Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to design create and deploy Co-Marketing programs and to track measure and report the impact of the programs against yearly revenue targets.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Interact with local and global IBM marketing sales legal and brand stakeholders to ensure the program design and outcomes are aligned to IBM’s strategic objectives
- Consult in Co-Marketing process simplification
- Ensure detailed data analysis is available and accurate in self-serve reporting systems for stakeholders
- Enable internal and external teams on Co-Marketing programs and updates
- Continuously iterate and improve processes and program design for partner satisfaction.
This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience working with Distributors Resellers and/or ISVs and Technology partners (IBM Build and Sell motion experience a plus)
• Co-Marketing/MDF and Partner Program experience
• Ability to own a project or multiple projects simultaneously and independently from conception to execution and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional global organization with teammates residing in other time zones
• Strong analytical communication collaboration and problem solving skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and Slack
