Position: XSIGHT AI Director of Product 

Role: The XSIGHT AI Director of Product oversees the management, definition, and enhancement of the X-Sight AI service and product line. X-Sight AI is a managed analytics service and SaaS platform that enhances Actimize AML and Fraud products with AI & machine learning development and execution capabilities. This position collaborates with multiple internal teams, lead a team of product managers and product owners, and contribute to the overall Actimize strategy. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Product Management - Ownership of X-Sight AI product management, including requirements gathering process, user interviews, feature usage as well as feature epics development, documentation, prioritization, and communication. 
  • Strategy and Roadmap Development - Define and supervise roadmap creation and execution in collaboration with R&D and other Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders. Lead the execution of Actimize strategy and refine the X- 
  • Team Management - Manage, build, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners. 
  • Sales and Marketing Enablement - Collaborate with other Actimize LOBs on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies including pricing, demos, sales education, sales meetings, and ad hoc support. Work with sales overlays on market research, support marketing thought leadership, market reach campaigns, and industry analysts' engagement. Train sales on product offerings and services, and track pipeline and unit financials with the General Manager 
  • Collaborative Leadership Partner with R&D, DS & Analytics Domain Leads, and Analytics Delivery as one team on business and program KPIs, shared initiatives such as roadmap definition, customer satisfaction activities, support process definitions and others. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or a similar role in the SaaS or analytics industry. 
  • Experience with AI & ML development and execution capabilities. 
  • Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in a global company. 
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and experience in sales and marketing enablement. 
  • Familiarity with financial crime solutions and the analytics needs of financial institutions. Domain expertise is a plus. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
