Xactimate Estimator/ Project Manager for Water Damage

We are currently looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our team asXactimate Estimators/ Project Managers, whether you're a seasoned veteran or a fresh recruit. As a Water Damage and Fire Damage Estimator, your role will revolve around estimating & managing the jobs the scope of work for specific projects, primarily for insurance purposes, as well as negotiating the estimates with insurance carriers to a settlement. Managing the Jobs from A to Z to make sure to have a high customer service. you have a whole team around you to assist you to get the work done every step of the way and making sure the customer will get the right experience. Crucial requirements for this position are proficiency in Xactimate, ensuring accurate and efficient estimation processes, attention to detail, ability to focus for long hours, and work with computer apps (Outlook, Excel, CRM, etc) Additionally, experience in Water Damage and Fire Damage estimation is highly desired, and possessing an IICRC Certification is an added advantage. As an Estimator, you'll be tasked with comparing insurance estimates to actual estimates, effectively communicating with insurance professionals via phone and email. Collaboration with our sales team to prepare comprehensive estimates will be a part of your daily routine. To qualify as an Estimator, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Xactimate estimation.
