Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Xandr Analyst you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using the Xandr platform with a focus on integration and collaboration with Microsoft technologies. Your responsibilities will involve leveraging Xandr’s programmatic advertising capabilities to drive effective campaigns and enhance overall advertising strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  • Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns using the Xandr platform within the Microsoft environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Platform Integration:
  • Implement and manage the integration of Xandr advertising solutions with Microsoft technologies ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
• Data Analysis:
  • Utilize analytical tools to interpret campaign performance data providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with data teams to integrate Xandr data into broader Microsoft analytics solutions.
• Audience Targeting:
  • Utilize Xandr’s audience targeting capabilities to reach specific demographics and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft’s audience insights tools for a holistic approach.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support for any issues related to the integration of Xandr with Microsoft platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Maintain documentation for campaign setups configurations and integration processes.
• Optimization:
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve ad performance.
• Stay Informed:
  • Stay updated on industry trends advancements in programmatic advertising and changes in Microsoft technologies.

• Proven experience in digital advertising with a focus on programmatic advertising using Xandr.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms.
• Technical proficiency in implementing and managing advertising campaigns through Xandr.
