Yard Coordinator

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Hutchins office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and process outgoing equipment requisitions, making sure all equipment is in excellent condition before leaving the premises for job sites.
- Manage equipment and material laydown within yard and storage buildings.
- Perform visual inspection and check all equipment for accuracy/damage upon receiving, returning, or shipping. Report any damage and fill out service reports for any returned equipment.
- Clean and maintain the yard to ensure it is always kept in a safe, neat, and top-notch order.
- Deliver equipment to technicians for diagnosis and repairs.
- Receiving and responding to security alarms, camera system alerts, or calls from employees, visitors, or the public regarding suspicious activity.
- Coordinating the appropriate response, whether it involves sending security officers, contacting law enforcement, or notifying emergency services.
- Respond to security breaches and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement.
- Manage access to facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, activities, and breaches.
- Work with other departments to enhance safety measures.
- Assist employees, visitors, and clients; address concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in the similar field.
- Computer/ tech savvy and adapt to new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal English.
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong decision-making ability – shows good judgment and confidence.
