Our Yard Coordinator is responsible for the following:

1. Identify, check-in, and add stock number to any new equipment
2. Maintain yard, service area, and front area in a professional and clean environment.
3. Clean Sales, Service, and Delivery trucks on set schedule
4. Loading and unloading customers and delivery trucks 
5. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments 
6. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
7. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments 
8. Detail all new sold equipment before delivery
9. Never operate any equipment you are not properly trained on and have not inspected prior to using: for example but not limited to vehicles, tractors, forklifts, mowers, drill press, grinder, hydraulic press, welders, and other general equipment.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

1. 1+ Years’ experience in an agriculture-related role preferred

1. Physically demanding
2. Ability to read, write and speak effectively and respectfully
3. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds repeatedly
4. Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
