Yardi Analyst

Implement and configure Yardi software for clients in the real estate industry. Provide guidance to clients on how to use Yardi software to manage their properties and operations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the software. Collaborate with the client's team to gather requirements, configure the software, and test the implementation. Provide training to the client's team on how to use Yardi software to manage their properties. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to clients. Analyze the client's existing business processes and provide recommendations on how to optimize their operations using Yardi software. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the real estate industry and Yardi software to provide the best possible service to clients. Requirements for this role typically include: Experience using Yardi software in a real estate environment. Hands on experience as a Yardi Admin including performing ETL etc Strong knowledge of real estate operations and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
