Yardi System Administrator 

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated technology experience to help scale our technology team. The Yardi System Administrator role is suited for someone who has experience managing the Yardi ecosystem for large enterprises with deep platform expertise, a focus on process improvement, and customer service. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Applications and will work cross functionally to understand how we utilize Yardi and how this utilization can best evolve over time. We are looking for a Yardi expert, responsible for the administration and support of our Yardi system, including evaluating, documenting, enhancing, and maintaining the system, and keeping the system compliant with both internal and external audits.

Location: Los Angeles, CA or Costa Mesa, CA

Work Arrangement: This role follows a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Yardi platform including Core Voyager, Deal Manager, the Elevate Suite of products (Lease Manager, Forecast Manager, VendorCafe, Construction Manager, Facilities Manager), CommercialCafe, and additional future modules.
  • Leverage deep Yardi expertise to develop an understanding of our users' needs and business objectives, and identify areas to align people and process to system capabilities.
  • Identify systems improvements and solutions for the organization and make recommendations to management for implementation.
  • Manage new module and functionality implementations through the full software development lifecycle including user story definition and documentation, testing, training, and support.
  • Document cross-functional business and technical process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs, and any associated data definitions for the Yardi platform.
  • Deliver user training, support, and maintenance of all applications within and related to Yardi.
  • Manage documentation of software customizations and other system configurations for custom menus, reports, integrations, scheduled tasks, report scheduler events.
  • Partner with the IT help desk to triage Yardi tickets and act as point of escalation.
  • Help with internal and external system audits.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Yardi administrator.
  • Product Management experience with large complexity projects through the entire software development lifecycle.
  • An understanding of general accounting principles as it relates to Yardi.
  • SSRS, YSR and fill doc experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification, ITIL V4.
  • ITIL Lifecycle certifications – Service Transition, Services Operations.

Compensation

Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,000 to $162,000, with a 15% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.* The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.
